I became a wellness coach and nutritionist after experiencing the results of having a coach myself.
In 2020, stress was doing a number on me. I had put on a few extra pounds, my energy was low, and while I had always eaten pretty healthy I just felt ‘off’.
I hired a coach and within 2 months I was feeling gooooooood. I was stunned at how just dialing in on some really fundamental things - which I could only do by tracking them and following coach ‘orders’ - could make such a huge difference.
Now I help others do the same. As your coach, my goal is to equip you with the knowledge and skills to get healthy and stay that way - even when your time with me is done.
If you’re looking for a quick detox, extreme restriction, or a 75-day bootcamp, this isn’t for you. Stress recovery is part of my coaching focus and those rigid, black and white programs can lead to some really unhealthy mindsets about food and exercise. Shame and rigidity will never be a part of my coaching practice.
